Background information

Edith Minnie BOWLER was born in Lewknor on 23 July 1905, daughter of John and Mary Ann BOWLER, when her mother was almost 50.  Edith married Robert George BAILLIE in Lewknor Parish Church on 12 January 1946 and they moved to Twickenham in Middlesex, where Robert was a window cleaner.  They had no children, but I think they did look after other peoples’ children during WWII.  I don’t know when Edith died.
